MeetingPackage is an award winning Finnish SaaS company founded in 2014, providing a digital platform for booking and managing meeting and event spaces. The solution integrates with venue systems to streamline sales, improve operational efficiency, and make booking meeting rooms as easy as booking hotel rooms. The company serves hotels, conference centers, and event venues worldwide, supporting their digital transformation.
Business Context
MeetingPackage has been experiencing rapid growth, both in product scope and customer base. As the platform expanded and feature development accelerated, the company faced a critical challenge: scaling the engineering organization fast enough to support growth.
Internal hiring alone was no longer sufficient. At the same time, as a product-driven company, MeetingPackage could not afford to compromise on technical excellence, ownership, or delivery quality.
The Solution
