Whistleblower Policy

Whistleblowing provides an opportunity for individuals working within or with companies in the B3 Group to report non-compliance or other similar misconduct that has occurred within B3's operations.

What can I report through whistleblowing?

This could include information about financial crimes, corruption, violations of workplace safety regulations, or instances of discrimination or harassment where there is a public interest in addressing the misconduct. If so, you can use this whistleblowing channel to make it known. If you are unsure whether the information you want to report is of public interest, we recommend that you report it.

Who can whistleblow?

You can whistleblow and receive protection under the whistleblower law if you are an employee, volunteer, intern, active shareholder, person otherwise available for work under our control and management, or part of our administrative, management, or supervisory bodies. Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers who have become aware of misconduct within the company can also report it. Ending a work-related relationship with us, or not yet starting one, is not a barrier to reporting misconduct.

How do I report?

For written cases, we use our digital whistleblowing function, Visslan. It is always available at https://b3consulting.visslan-report.se. External link. On the website, select “File new report” to describe your suspected misconduct. Please describe what happened as thoroughly as possible so that we can ensure appropriate measures are applied. It is also possible to attach additional evidence, such as written documents, pictures, or audio files.
