B3 Consulting Group AB (formerly B3IT Management AB) 556606-3300 and companies within the group (referred to as B3) are the data controllers for the processing of personal data that takes place in each company within the group. B3 is responsible for the processing that takes place on our websites. Below you will find more information about how we are responsible for and process your data.

B3 processes your personal data,

  • To fulfill our commitments in assignments and services.
  • When you apply for vacant positions or express interest in employment with us.
  • When you register as a customer or interested party for our services, newsletters, etc.
  • When you register to participate in our courses and seminars.
  • When you seek contact with us in other ways, such as by visiting our offices.
  • When you participate in various types of surveys that we conduct.
  • When you are a supplier to us in the group.

We primarily register contact details such as the registered person's name, address, phone number, and email address. For company or organization representatives, we primarily register the names of contact persons, positions, and departmental affiliations, as well as the address, phone number, and email address of the workplace. In other situations, the data you choose to provide to B3 will be registered.

If, when registering for a seminar or similar activity, you indicate that you have dietary preferences or other requests, we assume that you want this information to be registered with us and handled by the relevant individuals at B3. Dietary information is deleted shortly after the meeting or event has occurred.

B3 does not register personal identity numbers or sensitive personal data such as information about ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health, or sexual orientation. If you provide such information to us, for example, when applying for a job with us, you consent to us handling it.

The personal data you provide to us is registered in our systems and used for the purpose for which it is intended within our operations.

Your contact information, as a representative of a company or organization, will be used for marketing purposes and for the follow-up and development of our services.

When you apply for vacant positions, submit expressions of interest regarding employment with us, participate in surveys, or wish to be contacted by us, we use your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided it.

The information you provide to B3 may be stored and disclosed to our partners, i.e., to individuals or companies outside B3 with whom we have agreements, to the extent necessary to administer our commitment. In these situations, B3 is the data controller, and the suppliers we use are data processors.

The data processors are required to follow B3's instructions and are not permitted to disclose your personal data to anyone else or use it for any purposes other than those covered by B3's instructions. The data processors are also required to take technical and organizational measures according to our instructions or agreement to protect your personal data.

Personal data may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or government decision. We will not sell your personal data to a third party without your explicit consent.

We retain your personal data as long as needed to fulfill our commitment or correspond to your expression of interest in us.

Our aim is to remove all personal data that is no longer used for the purpose we collected it for within two years of its last use. We may store the data longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect B3's legal interests. Anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes.

If you believe that any information about you is incorrect or misleading, you can contact our data protection officer and request a correction in writing.

You have the right to receive, free of charge, once per calendar year, information about which personal data about you is processed by B3. You can request this in writing from our data protection officer via email at pub@b3.se or by postal mail.

There is always a risk in providing personal data over the internet or in technical systems. No system is completely protected against intrusion or other security risks.

B3 has taken reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction.

We use contact forms on our pages where you, as a user, can choose to fill in your email address to be contacted. We process this contact information in accordance with our "Processing of Personal Data" policy, as described above.
